A unique feature of FLXI reseller accounts is the ability to set CPU and RAM limits for each of your hosted users. This allows you to have high usage accounts within the same account as standard usage users and avoids having to have multiple reseller accounts. Also, you can add an additional revenue stream to your business by charging additional fees for higher CPU/RAM limits if any of your clients require this.
To set the limits login to your client portal here. Next, navigate to your reseller account page and click the link marked "FLXI Settings". On this page you can set the resources and backup frequency for each of your hosted users.
Please note that when downgrading settings, the change will be held in a queue and processed on your next renewal date.
